Alright so the balls of blue light, make sure that they have a flow, meaning your light source isn't a ball it has direction. Second, stop using that much blur. Blur is better in photographs, a sig should be a small appealing graphic display. I like the placement of the c4d, but be careful, using others renders will make you learn less. Try picking up the pen tool and the pencil tool. I think you can learn a lot. the darkness of the signature is very distracting, and so it is the blue horizontal line that's on the right hand side.
