It's okay, 5/10. But why did you use her? She always looks bad in sigs. Try to stick with Megan Fox/models. Jessica is just overrated. By the way, it looks like you used the cutting tool to cut her around. Try to use the magic wand tool.

Focus more on the render. It looks like you put tons of C4D's on the back and just pasted her on, added a light flare and put text.

Text is in wrong position. Bad colours to choose from too.

Overall, 5/10. Improve on adding smudging to your signature instead of just adding a background. It looks like it took you 20 minutes to do or even less (depends on your skill level).
