I live in canada east coast so Eu's ping is low to me, so if some guy region locks go canada its dumb cuz eu's have low ping to east coast anyway... like 40 - 80. Not bad... So....

Terrible idea. Would ruin the server completely. The economy would die, along with everything else.

That's why the suggestion is more towards the ping cap.
