Screenshots clearly show that his ping is constantly 1000+
When I watched the replay, the user was not spiking at all, just very small glitchy movements.
Despite that, whenever he killed an enemy, he continued shooting the place where the enemy died.
Therefore, the user has been warned for force lag.
