In my opinion, The user NIGGU isn't UCing / OCing,
The first round was very glitchy yes, but so far I know that it's possibly being caused by the forced NAT in clanwars.
After the first round, we can barely notice any glitch or lagg by NIGGU's side.
Every other round we can see how clear that the user is legit and isn't UCing / OCing.


So as I mentioned, the report should get declined but I will wait for another TGM to reply this thread with his opinion about NIGGU.

Since his ping is constant (50-60), I believe that the user is not legit since we can't judge him of spiking or forcelagging.
If you focus enough, you'll be able hear that switching from sword to shotgun there's a small delay and the sound isn't balanced.
I recorded myself in the map and did some tests dashing around trying to copy his movements.
The user has glitchy movements, for example it's kind of hard for him to dash, when turning, one part of the body stays glitched (from the waist up).
Round 4 was one of the most suspicious rounds where NIGGU wants to take the ammo spawns, he enters the tunnel jumping and you can see that it takes extra time to land on the floor.

Micah and I came to the conclusion that the user is underclocking.
Therefore we decided to have the user banned.
