I'd say yes fo SB.
As you stated above me, he didnt even try to hide the SB.
I'll start talking about the first record (Jail):
In the first round he had some fail RS and also 1 fail tumble (I'm pretty sure that he noticed that fail by himself), after the first round we can clearly see how the user is barely RSing which is suspicious,though his attempt to hide the SB signal after the first round he still had few fails like random tumbles.
In the second record (Island ) - In the first round when he looked up (near the hp spot) and went crazy with his mouse,it seems like it was an auto shot.


Therefore user should be banned for shotbotting (my personal opinion) but I will wait for another TGM to reply because I want to make sure that everything is right.

In my opinion the user is using a shotbot that uses the method 'pixel-detection'
In the replays provided by Tubeo we can see Mega Jr shooting always the tiniest part of the body (when the shotbot detects a pixel) instead of shooting when his xhair points directly at the enemy.
On round 1, his aim is "too good to be true", full shot, no misses, perfect accuracy.
On round 2, Mega Jr attempted to shoot the enemy while it was hiding behind the box on the middle of the map, Mega Jr's shotbot detected a pixel and instead of shooting the enemy, it shot the box. Afterwards, Mega Jr went upstairs because that's where the enemy was medding at the same moment. Mega Jr started to tumble until his xhair reach the enemy and shoot.
Round 3, Mega Jr got angry because he failed to reload-shot a few times, afterwards he rushed into the enemy and failed to shoot the enemy because he tumbled and instead of shooting the enemy he switched to sword and started slashing (suspicious).

I believe that the user is shotbotting that's why the staff team decided to have the user banned.
