Try to install that and also make sure that your vga drivera are up to date.

I meant the drivers of your graphic card not windows updates. Also, did you install DirectX, the one I linked you to.

Sadly I cannot help you with teamviewer because I am replying to you right now from my phone. When I get home I will help you remotely. Before that, so me a favor and head over to your FGunZ folder and delete the config.xml file and after that run the launcher as administrator, see if that works, if not, you will have to wait for me unless someone else solve your problem.

i do all of this after the directX instailling is done? and restart then i head over the my fgunz folder, or now?

Install directx, restart PC.
If it doesn't work, delete the config.xml file and run the launcher as admin.
If it still won't work after that then you will have to wait for me to finish school.

pff. i restarted pc and started the game same problem then i restarted again and deleted dat confiq.xml and same problem , do u suggest me to re install or to make my windows uptades

You could try that but I doubt it will solve your problem.
