Go to: Start > type in search box dxdiag > take a screenshot and post it here

I'll then post a few links for you to solve your problem
Or if you want me to teamviewer you I'd be glad to help you out with that, for now just post a screenshot of your dxdiag

The user had to install .NET Framework 3.5+ in order to solve the problem.

You need to do your Windows Updates,

that will give u all your Display drivers,

then go to google.com and type DirectX 9 Download, and download that file.

then google.com again and type Microsoft 2010 Redistributable x86 and Microsoft 2010 Redistributable x64 install both of them and then your game 99.9% will work
