This looks very undone. The 4 different lights look out of place. I understand the idea that went towards it.
This is either overdone or not finished. I think adding to it would make it much better. At the moment it's horrible. The lights look weird, the smudge is bland and the little dots are bland.
I think you can do better if you put more time into it.
Let thy mind,

Try to blend the render with the smudge
Though this isn't really a good example but here, like so:

It's overly sharpened around the edges of the render, and I feel that the topaz clean removed some noise that would have been invaluable to the negative space of the left side.
im smudge master, and this offends me.

I don't usually do smudges ..
My eyes hurt from all that over sharpened edges and smudges that don't blend with the render.
Smudge signatures are really simple. You don't need C4D's or anything.
These are some examples that I made.
There's only two things I did with this.
