[Help - Other] i need help uploading a photoshop pic here

if i press on insert a image and i press upload then chose i photoshop pic and press ok nothing happen

Make sure the file is saved as an image extension for example;
.JPG, .PNG

What I usually do is go to - http://imgur.com/
Upload my picture, copy the image location and paste it inside [IMG]copied link goes here[ /IMG] (without the space before the slash).
And the image should work fine.

just format in start [IMG]www.Pic.com[/IMG]

You edit your image in photoshop.
You click on save @ photoshop and save it as either jpg or png.
Then you goto a image hosting site of your choice (for example imgur,tinypic,photobucket,puush,directupload) select the jpg or png file you just saved in photoshop, hit upload.
Wait a couple seconds for it to finish uploading, copy the direct link to the image and paste it at your signature or post the url within the [img][/img] code, done.
