Also, lag spikes do happen, but lag switching is different. It's to the point that if they lag switch and are able to kill you, it isn't considered tampering, a 50 ping lag spike doesn't do much, just means that someone else logged on their internet, using their bandwidth. Also, not everyone can afford the 10MB/s down and your 3MB/s up internet connection.

Even if you got a 1 MB/s download 1 MB/s upload it doesn't matter, it can still be stable don't come with bullshit and get your facts straight.
