[Help - Launcher] Patching has failed.

Launcher keeps saying Patching has failed

I already uninstall it and still got the problem

it's not me AV cuz i already made a exception in my list

Did you turn off your Windows Firewall?
Did you try to completely disable your AV and then run the Launcher as Administrator?
If not, try it, else, reply to this thread and I will help you remotely with TeamViewer.
Also, what AV are you having?
