The user indeed looks like he was using an ESP hack but all he did was sound playing.
It's true that he looks like he is watching the enemy through the walls but if you use a good headset and volume up your sound in-game, you will be able to locate the enemy pretty easily.
Most of the times Kira wasn't walking/dashing but switching the weapons in order to be silent so he can hear where the enemy is.
Even on the first round, Nagi - who was hunting, went to one direction and Kira instead of watching him, was watching at another direction, after that when he heard Nagi slashing, he started to run.
Final decision, no ESP but sound play.
