From previous experiences, I know that threatening to ddos is an automatic ban, not a warning and a mute. Please do the right thing and ban him.

I got spammed about my action so I will make it clearly, the reason I warned him is because I didn't read the rules right and I confused between 2 different threats that's why I gave the wrong punishment, maybe I was tired,
I thought about banning him but then I read the rules and I read the punishment of the wrong threat so I "followed" the rules.
I apologize for the mistake but I'm a human and like everyone else, I'm not perfect I do mistakes but then I learn how to fix it next time.

Therefore the user has been banned.
