Please use speedy.sh when uploading replays.
It's not a hack, it's simply an agent error bug. It can be fixed by asking him to rejoin or kicking him from the game. Or you could simply contact a game moderator ingame to kick him from the game.
He has been warned for abusing it, thanks for reporting.
