Defense about the report about me

I got reported by 'SshangG' , accusing me with : force lag, force spike , uc. Well , I got no personal computer . Everytime I play , i go on a computer shop. I assume you guys know what computer shop is. Some people are downloading porns, watching videos on youtube.
Those are the main cause why I am spiking. You may wonder , wait. I am also in a shop, i dl porns, i watch youtube videos , but I am not spiking.

Well, there is an explanation. As you all know, Philippines is not that good in terms of 'internet connection' . Filipinos knows that. We get 200-300 kb/s . 400 is the fastest i know..
