life is like a miracle, but also a tragical.
there are two ways to live, live as if nothing is a miracle and as if everything is a miracle.

navigate to the TERA folder on your hard drive, which is typically located at C: -> Program Files (x86) -> TERA.

    *

Right Click on the TERA folder and select properties.
Uncheck the Read-Only box and click apply.
Make sure "Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files" is selected Click Okay, and then Okay again.
    Attempt the patch download.
Don't know, would you help with Teamviewer or so?

Phantasy Star Online 2 is pretty damn good.

Though only currently JPN only (after SEGA saying it would launch in the west in early 2013 and no information has been said since), there is a full english patch and a team ready for future updates.

Best way to really get it is using "PSO2 Tweaker". The only difficult part, if anything, is making a SEGA ID account considering it requires Japanese capcha codes.

I would really play this game but I'm gonna wait for the EU Version even when it's not sure if there would be One ^^

I'm going to be honest; I don't think there's gonna be one. Even if there is, don 't count on it being anytime soon. That's the was SEGA is and the way they have been for a while now; promises being made that they cannot uphold.

Trust me, I waited ever since the announcement in 2011. I gave in a few months back because there hasn't been a single word since MARCH LAST YEAR. And that was a statement only saying "Sorry, it isn't coming out anytime soon." That's it, nothing more than that.

The translation is extremely good, though occasionally bugs up (however, only seen this during tutorial) where it goes back into Japanese rather than english. But I can't force you to play, so do what you will c:
