Or just lower the graphics in general, and play with the Archetype Config

@People who say he should upgrade his graphic card, please just stop saying that on every thread that's related with 'Low FPS/FPS dropping'.
The OP has the requirements to run the game with at least 1000 FPS as I'm having Radeon HD 6670 and I can run FGunZ on 1920x1080 full screen resolution with 1200+ FPS.

@OP, could you tell me if you remember by any chance, when the problem started to occur and before doing so, did you used to have more than 200 FPS?
    If so, I recommend you to clean your HDD as I can see in your mlog that some of your hard drives have small amount of free space such as;
    Drive: C:Free Space: 1.2 GB
    Total Space: 29.9 GB
    File System: NTFS
    Model: WDC WD5000AADS-00S9B0 ATA Device

    Drive: D:
    Free Space: 10.8 GB
    Total Space: 110.0 GB
    File System: NTFS
    Model: WDC WD5000AADS-00S9B0 ATA Device

    Drive: E:
    Free Space: 4.4 GB
    Total Space: 110.0 GB
    File System: NTFS
    Model: WDC WD5000AADS-00S9B0 ATA Device
Also, try to improve your performances by defragmenting your HDD.
Download CCleaner, run Registry Files scan and clean everything as it would delete useless files stuck in your HDD.
Download http://malwarebytes.com/, install it and run full system scan, if it finds anything malicious that could be affecting your system, delete it immediately.
