Played against him, been suspecting this.
    And I also approve this.
His pb's from way across hall is way too obvious.
Also he tends to "slow rs" a lot...
floating is not out of the question.

    I agree on underclock.
Let's see what the others think.

    PS.
Steff sent me a replay including 2shot with lvl60 sg.

    PS.

It does look like the user is uc'ing not only due to the floating, but to the hard hittings with low damage shotguns.

I think it is in fact Underclocking
    ^Thank you Kibbzy^

If you look at the last shot in the rounds (1,3,6); he's not actually hitting the person and they still die. (first round, person was behind pillar when he shot, but still died. this could be classified as lag shot, but if you looked at the ping; it was a stable low ping) Next, he would float at the beginning of rounds when he spawns. Also, his spawn time is around 0.25 seconds slower than normal. (watch replay around 5 times and notice how other person would spawn right away every round while he took just a tad longer, which is caused by underclock since it slows down the speed in your game)

    Therefore, user is underclocking.

You can blame the distance lag for this.
It is classified as distance lag, you can't see the ping of the players while watching the replay so it's based on the distance lag.
Some people respawn with small delay due to low MBPS internet, however I agree on this part.

In general, the user would deal massive amount of damage although there's huge distance between both of the players.
Whenever he spawns, he would always switch spam his shotguns/meds so we can't see the way he walks as it's probably glitchy due to the underclock.
Underclocking in my opinion but the user has already been banned.
    Thanks for reporting!
