From what I see in the replay, the user is simply abusing the spawnshield timer, thus takes no damage as he joins. He exits to gameroom right after he joins, so he gets the total time from the shield.

I thought that to be a possibility, however I needed to make sure what was going on. The entire replay (though not that long), the user left after about 5 seconds of joining each time.

He can't die because the spawnshield lasts 5 seconds; the length it takes immediately to go back into gameroom.

Unfortunately there's no proof of forcelag at all in the replay as I see it.
