    what program do i need to run on my pc to view replays?????????????

    FGunZ has an in-built replay viewer.
    On the lobby screen bottom left corner there you will see button named "Replay".
    Click it > choose the replay you want to watch and either double click it or press "View (V)" button.

    kk but can i open it without going in the game like with vlc or something

    That's not possible because the replays are .GZR extension (GunZReplay) so the only thing you could open them with is the FGunZ client.

    All that a GZR file does is tell the game which commands were given by the players and matchserver, all of the models, assets, maps, etc are still loaded just like a game.

    It isn't a video recording, it just records what actions are done, sorta like a macro.

    I just right click the record and I open it on vlc or media player tho.. its work
