Like jaw said, it has some good points, but most of it just won't help learning tbf from the start, it's more like it's made for ppl who already know and need it to improve.

No I first teach bf, one would master that. Then I am teaching dbf, one would master that. Then one would go to the final and most intense piece of the guide, the tbf part, after mastering bf and dbf one should know the basics and be able to do some ass whooping tbf action.
