Can a forum admin change my forum name to SmoKing ? Because i bought a colorname (^1Sm^4oK^2ing^A)

That's not possible to do so although Dave used to make exceptions but not anymore.
There's only one way to change your name and it is to purchase V.I.P which costs 300 coins.
The V.I.P position allows you to change your forum name.
