Delete your config.xml & system.fgz files, download the newest updated Launcher from here - http://cdn.fgunz.net/game5/gunz/updXate/Launcher.exe and run it as Administrator.
By the way, what AV are you using because I believe it's blocking you from accessing the server.
Do me a favor and disable your Firewall before trying to get on FG.
