Proof/Evidence: Actually there's no proof.

There are too many IP's and HWID's which accessed that account, can't really say if that's him but perhaps Dave can since he has more power on the GMCP than we have.

Dave said there's no match found so that's probably not him playing on the account.
Next time when you report someone for bypassing, at least specify another IGN, the one you think is bypassing which in your case should be Adopt.
