Force lagg

IGN of reported player: DEMONIC

Reason: force lagging, it made him spike so bad you can say it was n-stepping but his ping never went -- although he teleported into a corner of the room and then threw a grenade, afterwards he started being over defensive when I called him out and left before I could take the fourth screenshot of his ping.
I don't have a replay either.
I know it will most likely be denied due lack of evidence but I still wanted to throw it out.
