[Help - Other] Hacking detected?? HELP!

hey guys when i try to log in its says "Cannot access server"or some bullSh*T then ill keep trying to sign in then this box appears saying 'hacking detected' and closes my client, Of course im not that stupid to hack, i have never used a hack on this game. Please help me... this has been happening for awhile now.

Do you have an attached Razer software to your mouse?

yes i do i have uninstalled the software and still happens... -.-

Download CCleaner > install it & run a Registry scan.
If it finds anything > remove it.
After that restart your PC and try to log on.
If you get the error, unplug your moue and get another one, try to log on and see if everything runs smoothly.
If you don't have a sub mouse, try to log on using your keyboard only but make sure your mouse is unplugged from the USB port.
If you still get the error without mouse on or a sub mouse > PM me and I will try to fix it for you remotely using TeamViewer.
