Does the message appear immediately when you log into gunz or after playing for a while?

immediately when i log in just after the login when my character is showing up

i dont know if you know it i have always all my icons shown and not hidden with that arrow. its a setting in windows. whats on my screenshot is all there is to see. the hardware remote thing is my mouse that has internal storage(and no i dont have software installed for it). the square one is my task manager. then there is chrome and action center complaining about windows smartscreen.

Download CCleaner > install it & run a Registry scan.
If it finds anything > remove it.
After that restart your PC and try to log on.

didn't work. the reason that it worked at your side was because the razer uninstaller didn't delete everything
