As the replay was recorded from your perspective, if there's something wrong with your network, the visible effects will be displayed on the other players in the room. It's difficult to say who exactly was at fault because if in real-time, his movements were like that then I'm surprised why you didn't immediately point it out. I'll keep an eye on him although it seems like in this scenario, his movements were glitchy because of lag spike from your side.
