    He also didn't stop cwing when he was constantly force lagging/spiking

    In spike/forcelag reports, it's a policy for the user being reported to be informed of his lag. As I don't see you informing him of his lag in the replay, I'm unable to warn him. However 1 loss removed as his spike was clearly evident.
