The user movement speed is faster than anybody's else, also he has a very low delay that makes him take more shots than his opponents do (RS Spam).
As for aimfixing, I do agree with you, his crosshair follows the opponent where ever he goes goes (pretty obvious).
In my opinion the user is overclocking and aimfixing.
Waiting for another opinion.

The user is already banned for using a macro that causes multiple shots for small amount of time and for Underclocking + possible aimfix.
