No for ESP, yes for underclock.. looked suspicious to me and I think the user is underclocking.
Would like to hear the opinion of the other TGM's/GM's.

Underclocker yes, his movement was glitchy especially when he turns to the right or left.
I couldn't spot it here https://freestylersworld.com/showthre...19-reporterino because most of the replays were short and glitchy, I thought it was more like a net problem but after viewing this report its a yes for underclock.
