Hacking threats and ecessive ping spiking

Reason: After noticing execcive png spikes. We all asked kindly for the player to leave the game. After he did not comply we started a vote. The vote was dodged due to him leaving and rejoining the room. From that point on he consistantly gave threats of hacking my computer and boosted the ping spiking.

Decided to watch the replay despite that you lack of evidence (SS of ping).
The user pretty much admitted he was forcelagging as he received a warning for it.
