Am having some lag issues with this old pc:

It appeared recently for no reason, sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not. But when it comes it can get
preeetty unplayable...

Fresh install of Win7 only youtube running, 180MB/s internet router, strong signal 4 times out of 5.
Wifi adapter: Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6200 AGN.
So the potential for stable connection is there... and it was so far up to recently ...
If you have any suggestions it'd be greatly appreciated!
