I would drop him then walk pass them dropping med/reloading then if he carrys on taunting for no reason i get serious and med his grave

Or the next time he/she's alone walk around him just looking at him. Dodge his hits, but just keep standing around. Then wait for him to open up and 1 hit him.

I do this, stand still. Dodge them for awhile.
Prove they can't aim, drop them, stand there for awhile and walk off.
They get more annoyed if you do nothing. Makes it hard for them to react.
