Since your folder got deleted save a new screenshot by pressing f12 in game and it will suddenly appear again out of nowhere.

Either way I doubt anyone would actually went into your computer and deleted it. I dont even think anyone can unless they gets into your computer and actually deletes it manually. I could be wrong but its most likely that.

press F12 and go to the picture location to find the folder.
