idk if just me but it feels like theres a delay in the dash and jumping is kinda slow/floaty.

Anyone else feel really slow??

Try editing your settings? or maybe its fraps slowing your speed down even thougj your fps is 1000?

We did not change anything so it must come from your end.

cap your fps. Since your fps is unstable it will feel different to you. The recommended fps is 250 but if you want it "faster" cap it at 333. If you don't like the FGunZ installed fps capper (its unstable to me) use Dxtory. I use that program JUST to cap my fps at 333.

Delete config.xml and never touch The BOOST option again together with the texture configuration, that how it happened to me, someone thought to be funny and edited the config while I went away to the bathroom...
