I keep getting fail to initialize directx I check the faq and it says delete config xml but I do not have config xml in my fgunz folder so is there any other option

Try downloading newest DirectX, if it doesnt work install the latest drivers for your GFX-card

You click cancel and try again and again i too get that prob But i reclick twice and the launcher updates
