No from me.
At the fourth round he went backshot to kill 'Zuleta', and when zuleta realized that someone is shooting at him from behind, he immediately turned around and started to spam latedash. Tokyo had something like 3-4 misses in a row but then he managed to kill him, went to the bunk, missed another 2 shots and died.
Overall, I don't think hes aimfixing, it looks like he has a decent aim.
