[Help - Other] After logging in

Hey there. I get this problem sometimes, I can log in easily and am also able to view the players online in the server.
However once I login, the clan emblem is not available, there are no channels nothing then it logs me out after awhile and I cant access server until restarting the client where I face the same problem again.

Everything seems fine, try restarting your router, if problems persists, try portforwarding.
