Proof/Evidence: Watch the replay..very weird movements and a few rounds especially you can watch his crosshair lock. He tries to toggle it fairly well, and doesnt do such a bad job of it. Not sure if shotbot is involved as well..somewhat seems like it. Another replay available w/o as damning evidence.

Okay, so...
You think this user is aimfixing, let me tell you as to why he is NOT. The user misses a few shots, especially in High Haven, he doesn't seem to toggle it at all.
Nowhere does he seem to pause during the game to change his hot-key (on/off key), the only time he stops is when he is talking in his team chat or he is answering to you (when you suspect he ESP's, this is an example). Also, when you said he tk'd you, he even stopped playing to reply to you and Scar dashed into the room to try to kill him (High Haven base), his mouse did not move one bit, not even during the other times he talked.
Right before this, he tumbled down from your base (the stairs where the HP is) and shot you or your teammate, I can't quite remember; but he only hit because the enemy fell right into his sights, also, he was going to tumble right by, it was his aim that helped him turn his character to the right and make a 2 shot, which didn't even kill the person.
Now, as for the Port replay, there is literally NO reason he had aimfix, he barely hit and he also had no kills for the first few rounds. He missed you and Scar quite a bit but then he also hit quite a lot, this is no reason to think he has an aimfix.
If he had aimfix or any other "aimbot" program, he would have hit many times, toggling is easy but it has it's limits. Even if he had aimfix, why would he toggle this horrible? He missed shots after hitting some and vice versa, he would hit 4-5 then miss 2-4, and so on.
So therefore, in my own opinion, I think that the user is not aimfixing.
