Or the next time he/she's alone walk around him just looking at him. Dodge his hits, but just keep standing around. Then wait for him to open up and 1 hit him.

I do this, stand still. Dodge them for awhile.
Prove they can't aim, drop them, stand there for awhile and walk off.
They get more annoyed if you do nothing. Makes it hard for them to react.

I would just ignore the person. Eventually I just turn off all the volume, and chat if the person is still bothering me. I dont really get annoyed that easily.
