[Question] How should the individual ranking work?

should have an all time low, users with the most deaths, i feel that if kills become the way to be ranked more and more people will start playing "annoyingly". the sort of people who join a glad match with 2 big swords, more shit like that would be happening to get kills up

edit: maybe divide exp by 10000 if you want it more sensitive?
