He was threatening to ddos Kyuseii because people said Kyuseii ddos'd him and he said his ip and said get ready to get hit. Sad..

What provoked him, I can see on the stream he is saying "Kyuseii ddosed me"

based on an accusation on the chat, he then posted the kids ip on the stream. someone said in chat " it was kyuseii" and thats it. regardless there is no need to make threats, but simply to report, as a community we do not advocate ddosers =)

Spoke to Kyuseii in-game, basically Kyuseii has been watching his stream, Carter said he got DDoS'd, Kyuseii said in chat "what a lie" or something along the lines and Carter posted the IP of Kyuseii just because he thought it was him.
Speaking to Kyuseii in-game I can tell by his words that he doesn't even know what a booter means and he is pretty much scared now because of the IP he posted.
Banning Carter, that's not something you do just because "you thought" it was someone from your twitch channel chat.
