If you have Win 7, then do this:
- Hold Windows Key (on the keyboard) and press R
- Type in the Run box "msconfig" > press Enter
- Once you've done that wait for System Configuration to popup.
- Go to Startup tab and disable Adobe, Fraps and/or any software that might be using your VGA drivers such as Sony Vegas, GoPro Cam, etc.
If you have Win 8, then do this:
- Open your Task Manager (Alt + Ctrl + Delete) or on the windows bar, right click > Task Manager.
- Go to Startup tab.
- Disable the same programs I mentioned earlier by pressing right click on them > Disable.
