As Every is Talking about Attack on titan, I Decided to watch few episodes of it and I watched 3 of them.
And I Loved It.

Is There any way to Download all Episodes or Watch On Some site which Got English Subtitles cus Youtube Aint got all the Episodes.

If you don't have it already, get netflix IF you can (I'm not sure where you're from, but some countries don't have access at all). Other than that, you can try crunchyroll which is only 6.95 USD/mo. They're far more friendly in terms of availability, but be wary that crunchyroll is basically all anime/Japanese television where as netflix is all around.

Last resort would be simply googling for free streaming sites that have the episodes-- but if you like anime and watch it consistently, Crunchyroll is definitely worth it.

Eh, their choice is way too small to be worth anything. I understand they are a legal site, but still... they really don't have much.

It's generally worth it for what the have and they honestly have more than a decent enough selection for anyone to get started to last at least a couple of years (unless you got full NEET on the damn thing). There have honestly been issues in the past with studios trying to shut down (and obviously failed) free services and it's because of this I actually want to support them. I used to be heavily against this, but later I finally had an understanding why. I mean, I personally love free shit-- I still do watch free things when I can, but anime is harder to come by both commercial and physical, so a cheap service like crunchyroll is almost the ONLY suitable option to support studios.

The least one can do, if they can spot 6.95/mo, if sign up and watch what they can/want through there. At least you show support to those who make the damn things for you if able.

I'm not saying to do it or not to do it, I'm just saying there's a choice regardless. Again, I'm still a lowly pirate, but I'll pay what I find is reasonable.
