Have you ever tried any type of drawing before ?
Apart from the obviously dutch voice with bad english, this one explains this pretty well.
Not sure if there is an actual general way for a tutorial for 3D art, since it pretty much involves insight and probably some trial and error too.

(the result is pretty neat at the end, after the whole thing is cut out)
Consider checking WikiHow it have such nice and detailed steps but i don't know if it have tutorials on specific drawings.
And i also find this but i think it's for beginners xD

Try to look for some in here.
https://worldmangaacademy.com/
You can find lots of tutorials in there and its what I use too
One things for sure, going to use a lot of paper.
When you do start drawing focus on small things at first because if you look at most of these drawings theyre made 3D by the shadows that were drawn in. Understanding how to draw shadows and use them to make your drawings "come to life" is something I think you should research quite abit if your going to try to make your drawings 3D. Heres a link that might help http://www.dummies.com/how-to/conten...d-shadows.html and this drawing tutorial. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9G9UeNomAE
