Some tips that may help you out.
1. Restart router.
2. If you are wireless, you can always try port forwarding to reduce risk of NAT Connections and AE.
Put in your routers IP (default gateway) into your browser. You can get the IP by opening Command Prompt and typing in "ipconfig" (without quotations).
3. Flush your DNS cache. In Command Prompt type in (ipconfig \flush).
4. If you are a wireless user, your IP address maybe set to Dynamic. Can always set it to static to avoid certain port issues.
5. Renew your IP address before login into FG by typing "ipconfig \release" and then "ipconfig \renew" into Command Prompt.
