Why im running FGunz with extremely low FPS especially in CTF and relay map?

Well I know 3 ways you can improve your FPS that worked for me in the past when I had low FPS, and they are:
1: Turn off reflection
2: Lower effects / character / background quality
3: Use Whitemapping / archtype.
1' or 1=1--
Also is "Multisampling" turned off at the 1337 settings tab 2?
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
