    since i upgraded to w10 ive been getting fps lags a lot and seem to be spiking more\worse than normal.

    Since upgrading have you checked that your drivers are all up to date?

    Try this https://freestylersworld.com/showthre...get-better-FPS or
    Try turning off reflection in game.
    Maybe lower your setting abit or use white maps / archetype.
    Turn off multisampling in the 1337 tab page 2.

    Ingame options have nothing to do with w10 lags.

    One way tho; Download and use dxtory to limit ur fps ingame. It'll make your fps stable, You can also revert back to windows 7. Settings > Update and Security > Recovery > Go back to Windows 7

    Well, the only option that affects my fps is AA. even on low res's it stays where it is.
